About the Author

Julia Rudakova is a naturopath and breathing coach specialising in children’s respiratory health. In her clinic, she has seen how functional breathing transforms children’s health — reducing anxiety, infections, and sleep issues. For a few years, Julia was part of an innovative dental program “Braceless Choice”, where she guided families through Buteyko breathing exercises to help children have beautiful smiles with straight teeth. It was during that collaboration with the dental practice when Julia realised that there is no tool on the market for parents to engage children at home in breathing exercises.

With Four Journeys, Julia brings this knowledge to families everywhere, in a form that feels light, loving, and magical.
