Q: Is this a medical test?
A: No — it is a naturopathic bioenergetic compatibility test designed to guide nutrition/lifestyle choices, not to diagnose disease.
Q: What sample do I send?
A: A thumbnail of hair (from anywhere on the body) or saliva in a labelled glad bag. Colour-treated hair is acceptable.
Q: When will I get results?
A: Reports are typically ready within two weeks of receiving your sample (then we schedule your free chat).
Q: What if there is no hair (babies, alopecia)
A: We can test a saliva sample – use a clean cotton tip and run it along the inner cheek; put the wet cotton tip in a small plastic zip-lock pocket and post it to the address, specified on the form.
Q: Is there a discount for retesting after 6 months?
