MYOTAPE safely brings the lips together to help ensure nasal breathing. It can used as a mouth tape for sleep and helps with sleep apnoea (or sleep apnea) as well as asthma, breathing retraining, breathing exercises, mouth breathing and buteyko breathing.

There are 2 sizes:
Adults is for those 16 years of age and above.
Children’ is for children 4-16 years of age.
